R&S Limited Liability Company, is a leading manufacturer of metal enclosures for industries such as telecommunications, IT, energy, electronics, and cable TV. Our offer includes a full range of enclosures that are perfect for both the construction of new cable networks and the modernization of existing installations.

Our products are the result of proprietary designs and meet all applicable standards and regulations in Poland. R&S was established in 1992 from the merger of two plants specializing in the production of telecommunications equipment. From the very beginning, we focused on the production of cable termination enclosures for telecommunications, which was made possible by continuous investment in modern machinery and technology and systematic improvement of our employees' qualifications. In response to the dynamic development of telecommunications and the growing market needs, we have expanded our offer to include enclosures dedicated to fiber optic networks, IT, energy, and cable TV.

In our production process, we use innovative technological and design solutions, taking into account the suggestions of our business partners. Our products have received positive reviews from the Research and Development Center of Polish Telecommunications for metal enclosures and from the Szczecin University of Technology for plastic enclosures. As a result, our products are recognized by many leading companies on the market, confirming their high quality and reliability.

In 1999, we decided to implement the ISO 9002 Quality System, which we achieved in 2001. During this period, we transformed from a civil partnership into a general partnership, and in 2003 we received a certificate confirming the use of the Quality Management System in accordance with the EN ISO 9001 standard. Since 2009, we have also implemented the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

In 2022, as part of bankruptcy proceedings, we acquired Agmar S.A., which allowed us to expand production with a new hall at Wojska Polskiego 3. As a result, we were able to significantly increase our production capacity and better meet the needs of our customers.
